Todd W. McGibney has practiced law for more than six years. He is an experienced trial attorney and has represented clients throughout Maryland in Family Law, Criminal Law, Traffic Law, Personal Injury, and Business Law matters.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. McGibney has seven years of progressive results oriented experience in challenging military and civilian leadership assignments. He attended The Citadel and upon graduating in 1996 was commissioned as an officer in the United States Army. During his Army career he served in the Air Defense Artillery as a Platoon Leader in South Korea and Fort Bragg. He was honorably discharged in 2001 at the rank of Captain. Following his military service, Mr. McGibney worked in the Washington D.C. area as a defense contractor in the field of military logistics. These previous experiences have made Mr. McGibney very versatile and aggressive while focusing on a mission. These are the same attributes he uses when practicing law.
